3) Power/Switch on mode with customer logo, Offer us logo picture or Logo writing, we can put these logo picture or logo writing under power/Switch on mode.

Seller warrants that the Products sold to Buyer will meet their specification and be free from defects in material, workmanship and design for a period of 12 months from the date of shipment, human abuse using or man-made damage are not included.
When met defective player(RMA)  during 1 year time, please try to assemble faulty phone and send back to us by Post or EMS. We will finished repairing within 1 month time and send back as soon as possible.

1) In order to save shipping cost please send back only player body without any accessory.
2) Please try to send us defective player by post or EMS, or if send by express shipping such as DHL,UPS or TNT please try to quote as lower price as you can to avoid any customs Clearance problem when reached us.
3) Warranty not suitable for man-made damage product. If man-made damage player repair, we will ask customer pay for exchanged accessory fee
